I just whipped up a pillow today, using leftover fabric I had from my Kayo Horaguchi JSK. (That pretty carousel print I was wearing in my coord. help post) It was so easy! So I thought I'd share and get some ideas to decorate my dorm room next semester!

Instructions!
1. Take your two pieces of fabric, (can be the same front and back if you want,) and make sure they're cut to the same size for your pillow. Pick your side to embroider, choose a design, and lightly trace it in pencil on the RIGHT side of the fabric, (the side that goes on the outside of your pillow.) For the pony, I used a split stitch to outline him, and a back stitch for his mane and filling him in. For the music notes, I used a split stitch on the stems, and made knots for the note heads.
2. Flip the pieces right-sides together and sew!
3. Flip inside out, stuff.
4. Sew closed using a blanket stitch.
5. And you're done! <3
