Helping a Friend.
So my friend is starting to like lolita and I showed her a couple of sites. She then told me to look up "fanplusfriend" I didn't tell her about them but she was researching lolita alot so maybe she just came across it. She wants to start off with something nice, cheap, but not cosplay. Then she fell in love with this dress:

I really do not know what to say. It is a really cute dress but it looks too cosplay too me. When I told her it might seem a little too cosplay she said it didn't and decided I should ask you ladies and gentlemen(if any). Is there anyway to make this lolita without being cosplay? Please help?
