Where could I buy a bonnet?

Where could I buy a bonnet like the one Misako is wearing in my avatar? (( Except, a pink one. And I mean similar, not the exact same thing.. lol))  I've looked around, but I can't find anything..

I would also be willing to consider making one, but I haven't found any decent tutorials for that..
