Regarding Bodyline's removal of DHL
According to 
nekokiki , she sent an email to Bodyline asking for an explanation to the DHL option removal. Apparently, their reply was:
"We don't know why DHL stopped. Once DHL is okay we will contact you"
Soooo...yeah. It could be that DHL is having issues with Bodyline, and it MIGHT be temporary, but at this stage it is all a bit foggy.
