Angelic Pretty Marine Frill Sizing Help



I've been lusting after this dress for ages, however I was wondering if anyone who owns this dress could tell me how accurate the measurements are. (I'm normally more into Classic, so I have no idea about AP sizing)

Hellolace.net tells me the Bust is 90cm, is that accurate or does it run any smaller/larger? I'm a bit worried it will be too big.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
