Does anyone know if there's a customer service/return policy with AatP?
I recently received the Rapunzel JSK I ordered from them - the first AatP I've ever purchased - and I'm sad to say that it's a wreck. The zipper was broken and busted out - the teeth are literally broken and it will have to be replaced - a button is coming off and there are several loose threads. I sent them an email at email@example.com two days ago and haven't received a reply. I bought this through a shopping service. Should I get in contact with the shopping service? Is this a common occurance? I would really appreciate any suggestions.
