Milanoo Question.

I'm sorry if this is horrifically noob! 


EDIT:: Only a few comments in and I think I already have an answer!! Thanks everyone, I'll definitly be looking someplace else now. ^^

I've seen so many people saying DON'T BUY FROM MILANOO! for various reasons. I've also seen people saying they've been better recently.
I really want this dress. Like, really badly. As in I've wanted it since I was fifteen, and I'm now twenty.

The reviews all say it's nice and well made and things. There aren't any bad reviews for it that I've seen BUT does that mean I should chance it? What have your experiences been like with them?
