Recommendations for sweat/dress guards?

  I plan on buying my first Lolita blouse very soon and I would like to keep it in as good condition as possible. I used to have hyperhydrosis in my underarms - self-diagnosed, but I couldn't wear my school uniforms without sweating through them, no matter how cold it got so I figured it was caused by that. I think it's gone down quite a bit, I rarely notice it now. However, I still sweat occasionally. 

 I would like to know your solutions for keeping your blouses and dresses from sweat, deodorant and anti-perspirant stains? I've never seen dress/sweat guards sold at stores around me. I'm looking for any help in this situation. Brand names, tutorials for making them, materials for making them, anything you have at all!

I checked the past posts with the search function on this topic and found nothing. I hope this isn't a repeat post. 

Also, if you live in Toronto and know of anywhere I can find some, please share!
