Question about Baby's Beauty and the Rose OP

I have recently fell in love with Baby's Beauty and the Rose OP in black. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is shirring and how much I could possibly stretch it with my bust. I have a 36in bust so I don't want to buy it and then have to sell it again.
