Help me identify this type of sleevelss blouse?

I always find myself drawn to this type of blouse while browsing various shops and Taobao for clothing to purchase. As someone who lives in the desert, I really appreciate the fact that it sleeveless (keeps you cool) while still providing elegance through a nice cut, ruffles, lace, etc.

However, I have no idea what this type of blouse is called! I've tried every variation of 'sleeveless lolita/EGL/Steampunk/Victorian/Gothic blouse' in search bars but don't usually come up with anything. Is there a proper term for this kind of shirt?
