The shoes were shipped via UPS. They came wrapped like most places ship their shoes; a large shoe box wrapped in a large bag. I was concerned at first because the invoice on the outside of the box read “37 percent terylene and 60 percent cotton and 3 percent spandex women clothes…………$10”. When I opened the box, however, I saw that the shoes were there. I’m guessing they wrote that to avoid custom fees?

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the smell. Smelled a bit like chemicals. Right now, they’re airing out in another room.

The shoes say An*Tai*Na on them, so I’m guessing all their shoes come from there. The RHS are foam, and very light. I’m not a very big fan of how the “wood” is, but it’s not a terribly big deal. The straps are removable, and you can add ribbon If you don’t want the type that velcroes at the end.
Unfortunately these shoes ended up being too large for me. The size is an LL (I ordered for a 7.5 shoe) and my feet are almost swimming in them, so I’ll be selling them on the comm sometime soon.
All in all, nothing bad happened, but given Milanoo’s reputation, I’m wouldn't give a “it’s 100% safe to buy shoes from them.” I still consider it a little risky, but if you’re willing to go ahead, then by all means, do.
Milanoo An*Tai*Na RHS vs Lolita Lola RHS
Thought I'd just throw this up as well while I have the camera out. Some comparison shots between the two different brands of RHS.

Of course the Lolita Lola ones I find are the best. Real wood sole, the leather is much nicer and I like the shape of the toe portion better than the Milanoo An*Tai*Na ones. They just feel nicer. The Milanoo An*Tai*Na ones are a little bit taller than the Lolita Lola ones.
My final recommendation: if you're out for a good pair of RHS that you'll wear often, invest in the better brands, like Lolita Lola. The Milanoo An*Tai*Na ones are okay.
Edit: Won't let me add the review tag to post.
