I've done an art post before, but never anything for fabric design. Currently, I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and I thought it would be cool to have a lolita outfit to wear to Part 2 of the Harry Potter movie when it comes into theaters. And after looking at all the Harry Potter themed outfits on here, I wanted to design an original one. So, I sketched out the outfit (I have yet to scan it in and digitally ink it) and drew out the fabric design. After I figured out what I wanted it to look like, I drew it up in Photoshop and colored it. I have four different colorways, one for each Hogwarts house!
Sorry about the fuzziness, I don't really know how to fix that... The white words are names of spells such as: Wingardium Leviosa, Stupefy, Locomotor Mortis, etc. All in HP font. If someone could help me fix the blurriness of the picture I would appreciate that! I wanted to keep it simple, so the border is all the spells. I thought about adding something else, but I figured too much would make it look cluttered. Any ideas?
EDIT: Alright, I did some minor adjustments on it and now I'd like some opinions on the changed version. I don't know if it's quite done yet. I want to get it at the best it can be!
I'd love to hear your opinions! :D
