Starry Candy Box Order

So I ordered a dress (Milky berry in black) from Starry Candy Box about 3 weeks ago and provided my credit card info. Since there were some other girls that ordered the dress and got an email saying that it was out of stock, I thought I'd email them to see if it was a glitch that I was able to buy it. I didn't get a reply, but just decided to wait to see what happens instead of calling or emailing again. I got an email a week later saying that it's status was processing. It has now been more than a week I haven't gotten any more information about the status of the order.

Is this normal or should I be concerned? If I should be concerned, I'd appreciate any advice.
