Bloomers-Related Survey Part Two

First of all, thank you so much to everyone who participated in my first survey. It really helped me out, and I found the data gathered very helpful. Also, thank you to those of you who mentioned some of the problems with my last survey. Feedback is always useful.

To clarify, this wouldn’t be a completely commissions-based service. My biggest concern would be taking too many orders and not being able to send them out in a timely manner. I’d be selling bloomers based off of the model of In the Starlight.

Every week, I’d have a certain quantity of bloomers almost completely pre-made, and put them up for sale on Etsy. I would list the measurements of waist, hip, and thigh circumference each pair could fit. In the notes section, each customer would send me their measurements, and I’d finish the last 10% of each pair of bloomers to more specifically fit each person. At the moment, I think that I’d offer bloomers in three different sizes, based on the data I gathered in the last survey. I’m still trying to work out the exact measurement ranges for each size. Every once in a while, I’d open for commissions, especially for people who needed bloomers sized just for them. Ideally, these bloomers will be cute, but sturdy enough to just throw in the washing machine.

That way, if I have a busy week, I won’t keep anyone waiting on a commission list. The current tentative price per-pair would be between $10-$20 dollars a pair, based on materials. But, I’m still working out a final price range based on exactly how much decoration I’ll be working with.

If I could ask for a few more minutes of your time, I’d really appreciate it if you could fill out this second survey. It’s almost as long as the other one, but it’s more focused on possible products.
