I have ordered from them before and been more than satisfied and even recommended them to friends. This time however I haven't been able to reach Popeye for quite some time. My order went through okay and I even talked to him after I placed my order with questions about other items I might want to add to my order. That was on May 29th. I hadn't heard from him in a while so I emailed on June 10th and got a reply saying he had to get more info from the buying agent but would get back to me the following day. I never heard back so I emailed again on June 16th. I was very polite and just briefly asked for an update. Still nothing so I sent another email June 20th. It was still very polite but very direct about the fact that I am worried about my order and I stated that I planned to file a dispute with paypal if I didn't hear back soon. I filed a dispute today because I only had 2 days left before the time limit was up. I also forwarded a record of my communication to one of their other agents today in hopes that they might be able to help me.
I'm really worried because my order was nearly $400 and I payed from my paypal balance so I can't even file a credit card chargeback. I'm always wary about buying online but I had ordered from them before for a smaller amount so I felt like they were trustworthy.
