TaoBao Shopping Services - Which are Opened?

I'm about to do some Taobao Shopping this year when I get back to China =D
I've been hearing about a couple of TaoBao Shopping Services being closed or not open anymores...etc.
So I was wondering if anyone know if any good TaoBao Shopping Services are open at the moment  =D
