Has Angelic Pretty ever lost your money?

After sending several emails to JP stores and angelic pretty about where my items are I finally got this email from Angelic Pretty:
Thank you for your inquiry.

We haven't found your payment for Order No.1004-1021-xxxx.
Please confirm again.
Thank you.

I responded with this screen-cap(without anything blocked out):

It has all my info including the transaction ID, will this be enough proof that I paid them? Does the "Please confirm again." mean please pay again? Please help! Thanks so much!
