But the bad... The boots are made out of a gross material. I was expecting the usual pleather type, but they feel like foam. They are cheap and not at all good for real shoes. Maybe a costume that you wear once, but that's it. You can see the wrinkles on the picture. Second, look at the "heart' charm on the laces. Yes that's supposed to be a heart. You can see they drew a heart in silver but were too lazy to cut it out. Third, the boots don't go on. I can't wear them at all.
I wrote to ask for a refund and this is what I was told:
Thanks for the email! Our boots are standard size, sorry that we could not meet your needs with the boots. Perhaps a high instep is the cause.
In an effort to save postage fees, I would suggest:
1) Offer the boots to friends or see if you can gain any interest.
2) If you insist on a refund I am happy to give you one but I must minus the the discount and postage costs
(My suggestions are only to save you unessesary costs)
Please know that it is not our obligation to do so as discounted goods usually does not include refunds. But as a valued customer I can offer you 30% discount on a pair of shoes.:)
Really, I don't know about that... I have NEVER tried on a pair of shoes that just didn't go on, at all. And I have a lot of shoes. So my payment minus the discount and minus shipping AND minus shipping the useless pieces of crap back, I would prolly be out MORE money! Ugh. I would just order brand if I could, but they don't make them 25.5 cms :/
