Blouses with smaller collars

So after a failed attempt at quitting Lolita I am trying again and trying to carefully choose items that I feel more comfortable in. I've determined that one of the things I was doing wrong before was that I look (and feel) awful in blouses with large peter pan collars or with high collars.
Does anyone know of blouses they can recommend that aren't so stuffy looking?

Do these kind of tops look ok under a jumper skirt?
Would they work ok with Classic Loli?

If anyone has any recommendations or advice I'd really appreciate it. ^^
Thanks!
