PrettyGraffitti Review

PrettyGraffitti

After reading so many enthusiastic reviews for her shopping service, I decided to take a break from Celga’s and Crescent fees to try this one out. On February 1st I made an in-store shopping request for three items, and two reservation items from Innocent World.

The next day I got a reply from Kei, letting me know that one of the items I wanted was a sales item, that she was not sure she would be able to get it in-store, and if this was the case would I rather her make the entire purchase online? She explained how much shipping would be from the store to her apartment, and let me know she would be including this fee in my invoice and use said extra fee to ship the items out to me. I told her that sounded like a good plan, and to go ahead with it. Invoice was sent to me that same day, and I paid right away (Feb. 2nd). After that, communication from her came to a complete halt.

I began to grow very worried, and decided to shoot her an e-mail for an update on my order. E-mail was sent March 22nd. I do not hear back from her until the 25th of the same month, she apologizes for the late reply, lets me know that this was due to the fact that she is on vacation. She then lets me know that she has all of my items in her apartment, except for the bolero {I am assuming it sold out before she could purchase it}. She says she can get me something else in place for the bolero. I thank her for getting back to me, and that I understood how busy she must be (I know that she is going to school in Tokyo). I tell her that yes; I would like to replace the bolero with something else. I give her links to the items, and send the e-mail. Again, communication comes to a complete halt with her(meanwhile, I am seeing her post items in the sales community, and offering to reserve Angelic Pretty items for others).

By this point I am becoming much more irritated than worried. I send her yet, another e-mail on April 14th letting her know that I sent an e-mail not too long ago with an inquiry as to what the status of my order was. I get nothing back from her. I send her another e-mail, and by now we’re in May. She replies, letting me know that my e-mail must have mistakenly been put in her spam box. She apologizes and proceeds to let me know that when she went into Innocent World, they did not have the small accessories I had asked for (the ones to replace the bolero with). IW said they would send them over to this shop from another branch or the online store. She informs me that IW takes a bit to do this-we could wait about a week ½ to see if they get there, and if not, she can mail out the items she already has in her apartment, and she’ll ship the rest when it gets to the store. Fine, let’s go with that (this whole time I am being as polite as possible, but my patience is waning like woah!). May 31st rolls around, and I have not heard from her. Now I am just pissed and want whatever she has of mine in her apartment, I don’t even care about the accessories. I send her an e-mail that same day asking her to just mail what she has, since I am going out of town soon and wanted to have those items to bring along.

Again, no reply until June 3rd , where I am once again met with all sorts of excuses for her lack of communication. She then asks me if she had already invoiced me for my items, I let her know that no, she has not sent me anything. I ask her to please go ahead and send me a shipping invoice-I do not hear from her until June 10th , again with more excuses as to why she seems to have so many issues with getting a hold of a working computer. I promptly send her payment for shipping and wait…July 13th comes around, and I once again, send an e-mail asking her where my items are. I give her the benefit of a doubt and wait until July 22nd . Of course, I do not hear from her. By that time, I had enough of being played around with.

I sent her a courteous, yet very direct e-mail letting her know of how unhappy I am with her service, and that I would like an immediate reply from her as to what the hell is going on with my order. Miraculously, she manages to reply that same day with the same excuses and apologies for her delay. She then asks me if I gave her a heads up that I had paid for shipping {I guess probably to allude to the fact that this might have helped in her not getting back to me earlier. I guess she had to cover her butt somehow}

As much as that insinuation irritated me, I nonetheless let her know I was unaware that I was supposed to do that. I gave her the Paypal transaction ID #. About two weeks later, I got my package. Items were basically thrown in a box and shipped off. No wrapping, no padding, nothing. I would not recommend this shopping service to anyone, the customer service is appalling. And while I am aware that she was very nice to me in her replies, it does not excuse the fact that I was repeatedly ignored, save when I was very direct with her or threatening to demand my money back.
