I ordered some Anna House stuff a month or so ago and it came on the 18th of this month. Right when I got it I noticed that they sent me the wrong size dress. So I sent them an e-mail with my problem... waited a few days... and nothing.
THEN, a few days later, I noticed gross purple-red spots on my petti, e-mailed them again, and they got back to me the next day! They told me it was ink, it'd go away, and I could get 10% off the next purchase.
That's cool and all... But it told me nothing about my dress being the wrong size. So I responded and asked them about my dress again and they never responded. That was three days ago.
Has anyone else had a problem like this with Anna House? Should I keep trying? Should I open a dispute with PayPal? I'm really happy with them on everything else... So why do they suck at this one thing??? :(
