Little measurament question about Putumayo


Hi Ladies;

I want to buy one of the newest jsk's from putumayo. My problem is that the site says it's 70cm long. So, my question is, for all girls that have bought jumpers from them:
Is the lenght icluding the straps or without straps? (I know it sound a bit silly but I'm not a short person... and I really want it).
