For a long time, I shoved as much as three skirts in a single flat-rate envelope. I did have to tape the heck out of it with tape, but it was a wonderful way to ship through priority or EMS without paying a lot for it, specially if it was going overseas. So then, last time I tried it, the post office said that they were no longer allowing this. They said that you could only put in as much as would fit in the envelope without needing to use tape. That leaves a skirt with a mediumweight fabric and lining out of the question =(. Has anybody else had this problem? Should I just try a different post office?.
