Ok so I had posted before about trying to find cruxcommissa and he eventually replied back but after that it has been an uphill battle with him for just trying to find out the status of my MMM replica OP. The only time I have ever got him to reply was after I had posted somewhere for just a simple answer. I paid for my commission on Jan 4th, this was before he had announced his first reservation of his skirts. It has been two months of excuses, no replies, and what has felt like comments to lead me on. I have emails where he is telling me has no time to reply to emails but I see that he has time to post on different comms. He has emailed me saying that he (Quoted from email March 2) "post mindlessly while working to clear my head every once in awhile". If he make these mindless post then he could have emailed me to atleast update me but he didn't, it was me always emailing to find out what is going on. I have heard excuse after excuse after excuse and have tried to be nice.

i wasn't counting on getting sick about a million times and it's put me way behind, i don't know what's up with that.. but hopefully that's over with - idk about where you are but here it seems like just about EVERYONE in north cali has been really ill at least twice recently... no kidding... it's pretty bad.
but yeah tl;dr - i should definitely have it out to you before your event! *o*;;

i need to take pictures for you and one other person but it's way too dark out :/ there would seriously be no point and it needs a little bit of tidying up still so i might as well do that before i show you.

sorry if this sounds harsh, but if you knew you needed it for a certain date, no matter how far out you thought it may be, you needed to tell me at the time of commission just for this reason (things come up, things get delayed, and i told you it would take extra time at the beginning even though it shouldn't have been this long.) or at least right away. maybe it's part my fault for not having the time to write out my terms of sale, but that is probably the first
i didn't want say anything before, but it is getting extremely frustrating and stressful as right now i have about 4 other people suddenly jumping on me and asking if their orders will be done by pretty much this week, when they never even mentioned it before, and i've been telling everyone that things are delayed and will be going out later than expected. so it's like, what am i supposed to do? unfortunately i can't clone myself, and i can't get 8 things done at once as much as i wish i could. i don't want to let anyone down but sometimes things just don't work out. i am more than happy to bump people up in line if they tell me ahead of time, but it puts me in a really tight spot otherwise. obviously this is not the case for you since you seriously are in priority before (almost, there's one person who should be ahead of you) everyone else, but still.. that's seriously where i'm at.
that said i am still determined to get your dress out to you on time, because i do appreciate that you have been waiting patiently and i don't want anyone to be put out just because i've been sick and everything is delayed etc. i was going to tell you last night, that it's going out on monday, and i'll have a pic for you tomorrow so you can see it before then. i know it's cutting it close but that's the best i can do and i'm really sorry if it inconveniences you :/
i don't want to sound angry at you or something, so please don't take it that way. it's your right as a buyer to know where your stuff is and i really am sorry that it took *so* much longer than expected and i've been so unresponsive (i've been trying to just stay off the internet as much as possible so i can try and catch up, basically. i would much rather be finishing up everything than writing out long emails and getting threatened w/ paypal disputes, trust me.)
i also know that it probably looks crap on my end since i know i don't have a lot of feedback (even though there's like 10+ people who have received their commissions from me and never said anything :/ )
i totally understand why you'd be upset, but seriously, i am not out to scam you or lead you on just to be annoying..
i wouldn't be sitting here on my birthday, staying up all night, trying to crunch out like 5 people's things before monday, if i didn't care. :/

I am a seamstress myself and work under someone who has been in the business for almost 50 years. I know that you never have a customer waiting 2 months for their item then get mad at them when they are trying to find out what is going on with their items. I confronted him about what was going on with the dress.

I have really tried to keep it from coming to this.
It just seems like I couldn't get any kind of response from you unless I made a big deal out of it either on your LJ or EGL.
This didn't help me to feel better about the you as a commissioner.
I'm happy to hear that it will be going out on Monday and really hope that the mail does not mess it up or lost it.
I see your point of view as a commisioner because I am also a seamstress (I make Prom and formal gowns)
but I really would like you to see if from my point of view. I had told you a few weeks ago that I need the dress and this was before i even announced it to others that there was a meet up and this was after waiting over a month for the dress.
I dont want to put in a claim but after having such a hard time contacting you and not knowing the status of my dress I did feel like i was getting led on and scammed.
I didn't want some long email, I just wanted every now and then a little update without having to go through so much to get a response.
So I'm just going to hope it gets here in time

I'm filing a claims on Paypal, i will tell everyone that i know that has something open with you to also file a claim
I will be posting on EGL because if you have time to post WTB and respond to silly getoffegl then there should have been to no problem with making my dress or sending me an email without having me to make a big deal to get your attention.
So i'm just emailing to let you know that I am posting on EGL and will be putting in a claims on Paypal.


He finally replies to me but it is not to say that he has sent the dress or even that he has a picture of the dress but said this:
i'm sorry but it is NOT my fault that you found out you had an event two weeks ago and whatever else. i have been busting my ass even though i am busy with non-commission-related things as well, to accomidate you and several other people who requested their stuff be done for events also. a few of them didn't even make it in time or may not, but they sure didn't jump to threatening me!
i told you from the beginning that it would take extra time and you were fine with that, but now that you suddenly need it the tables have turned? and im out to scam you, and whatever else? that is not it. things come up. 2 months is really not that long - i know people who wait over a month and 1/2 just to have tiny 5ml bottles of perfume sent out to them...
at this point i'm really beyond irritated because i have been putting off finishing another girl's commission - who has been patiently waiting as long as you if not LONGER because of stupid delays that were out of my control- trying to get your OP and the extra headgear i promised you, finished and out to you in time.
sorry if this comes across as aggressive but just..
i'm through.
honestly at this point i would rather just resell the OP and refund you than deal with you anymore, so that's fine. give me a week or so and i will refund you in full. it's probably too late for you to file a paypal claim anyway, but i'm honest and seriously not trying to rip you off.

You keep saying that you are not a scammer but you aren't helping to prove that you are not. You said the dress be done that weekend and it wasn't. You said it be done in time and wasn't, atleast to my knowledge because I have no picture like you said you would send a few days ago and when i first put in for the commission. You said you would take a picture but apperantly your place wasn't clean to which i dont care, i'm looking at the dress not your place. You said you would ship the dress today but apperantly you still have it. I dont want a refund, i need the dress. I want a tracking number and picture of the dress because I'm not giving you no more time. I really want a picture tonight and the dress to go out tomorrow and to have a tracking number. I dont why it was not sent out today like you said you would. I mean i dont understand what is going on because if you can make post and replies around the comms then you could have replied to me while you were doing so. So this whole thing of mindlessly typing to clear your head is not helping your case because if you can mindlessly type then you can type a reply to me. Also two months is a long time especially from someone that said so himself that he doesn't have much credibility. I dont know how many time i have said I am getting nervous and you have done nothing to else my worries. If anything you have made me worry more.
So I just want the dress I even care about the headdress. I just want the dress.


And his response is:

I would think that if you want to get rigid of a customer you would give them what they wanted and send them on their way.
But no instead he will not send a picture, he will not send the dress, and I have wait "a week or so" for my money back. I dont see why I have to wait so long for money when he has the money from his 2 reservations, my commission, and these other commissions that I have heard about. I have no dress for my event and now i'm not even sure if I'll get the money back if i can't even get a simple picture. I am making this post to make people aware of him.
