washington and british columbia lolitas?



I was thinking for the anniversery / summer party for van_elegance that I should do a draw
of course it wouldn't be fair if I put up a prize that is a brand dress and whoever wins and doesn't fit it well it's kinda un lucky

so I was thinking

to all the lolitas that can reach Vancouver, British Columbia to come for summer tea! plus a $10/ticket for draw for this...

how many would be interested?because I need at least 30 tix sold for me to even get my hands on it

or this is not even a lolita item at all and a stupid idear?
