I was on a quest to buy a pair of the wood sole Lolita Lola ribbon strap rocking horse shoes and they were sold out in EVERY single place that I had looked. Someone was nice enough to respond to a WTB post of mine and pointed me to the Australia-based shop One Day In Paradise. I'm not sure who else runs the site/store, but I was being helped by the lovely

Besides Lolita Lola RHS they also carry other kinds of shoes, JSKs, blouses (Anna House <3), skirts, etc.
On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best.....

I couldn't have asked for better service. There were several e-mails being sent back and forth, and there wasn't much of a wait at all. All of the emails were responded to VERY quickly, from a few minutes to a few hours from when I sent my messages. All of my questions were addressed and with Lots of details.

One of the first things I asked about was postage costs, as I live in the USA. I received a very detailed response with different shipping options, prices, total price of my item including shipping, and a rough estimate of how much it would cost with the exchange rate. There was also an estimated time of when the package will be in my hands.
I asked for the value of the package to be marked down and it was done.
It turned out that I needed my package to arrive very quickly, so
The package was mailed out with EMS Express Courier on Jan 19th (Jan 20th for her) and I received it Jan 24th.

My RHS were mailed in their box, and in a large padded envelope. The shoes themselves were put in these little fabric shoe bags and was well-packed with plenty of bubblewrap. Now, this might be a matter of preference, but I didn't mind that the shoebox was not packed in a larger box versus the padded envelope (to save on shipping costs). The shoebox thus arrived a tiny bit squooshed, but it wasn't a big deal to me at all.
Overall:
I'm very happy with the transaction. It was quick, easy, and went very smoothly.
::Edit::
For the time being, when purchasing shoes you might want to double-check measurements. I had purchased RHS before so I knew what I was getting, as the size conversion was incorrect on this site. For RHS it might be best to go with the EU sizing, as that's what I found to be the most accurate.
