Not your average bodyline question, but a bodyline question regardless.
I just placed an order with bodyline that qualified for the free shipping but managed to miss off one of the items (no thanks to the broken images). I've emailed the email@example.com address (as it's the only one i can seem to find) to try and amend the order and get a seperate invoice for the missing item and include the item in the original order. Just wanted to know if anyone can think of anything else i'd be able to do, or wether that's even the right email address to be sending to. Even better if this has happened to anybody else at all and what the outcome was.
Hopefully this is the right comm to be posting in (i was torn between here and comm_sales), if not please alert me and i'll remove right away.
