Positive Review for Teatime Treasures!

(Webpage here, and Official Facebook here)

TEATIME TREASURES

Teatime Treasures is an official UK stockist of Japanese and Korean lolita brands, offering fast shipping to the UK, Europe and the US without the worry of customs fees. Currently, the main brands featured are Atelier Pierrot, Fairy Wish, Haenuli and Atelier Caramelo, as well as music from lolita band Die Milch and art from Romantic A La Mode. Baroque seems to be a future brand to be stocked.

Ordering and Communication (5/5)
I ordered a pair of Fairy Wish cockatiel tights in pale blue, and found out that my best friend had ordered the ex-model Haenuli Enchanted Fawn tights on the same day! We contacted the shop and asked whether it would be possible to combine the postage and have both sent to me, which was done without a problem. Ordering was really easy, and payment can be done through PayPal. Communication was quick and effortless.

Shipping (4.5/5)
After contacting the shop, the package took only five days to arrive (and be sorted by my university mailing system) - this is by far the quickest shipping experience I've had with a UK lolita shop. The postage costs were pretty reasonable (£3.99), especially since me and my friend were splitting the cost. For larger items like skirts or dresses, this price is really good value!

Packaging (5/5)
In the package I received: both pairs of tights, two beautiful Baroque postcards (one for each of us!), two Teatime Treasures business cards and two traditional Japanese sweets. The Haenuli tights were a cheaper, ex-model item, so they weren't in extra packaging. Instead, they were very neatly pressed and folded. Again, this is the best packaging I've had for a UK shop, and well worth the cost.

The Products
The items themselves are beautiful and well-made (I may do a review for the Fairy Wish tights in the future). Everything arrived safely and without mishap. Here's a picture of the Fairy Wish tights being worn (excuse the wonky waist-ties ;;__;;) :

TL;DR - Overall, I am incredibly impressed with this shop. Communication was friendly and efficient; shipping was fast and relatively cheap, with very good packaging and lovely extras that added a personal touch. I already have plans for my next order from Teatime Treasures, and would definitely recommend it!

(this is my first review, so let me know if I've done anything wrong, or if there's anything you'd like me to add ^^)

Thank you for this, I've never heard of this company but they sure are useful to know about! I've always been interested in Fairy wish but never really looked into them much.

ETA: The back, bottom half of your outfit is lovely!

You're welcome! Fairy Wish does some absolutely amazing pieces. Although they can be a little pricier, the construction and materials are really good, and the items are built to last! Plus they're all machine-washable, which is a lovely change from having to take things to the dry-cleaners ;; w ;;

(and thank you for the compliment!)

I didn't know about this shop either, but I'll keep them in mind for the future (it's a pity they've got no Atelier Pierrot skirts in at the moment).

Yeah, hopefully there'll be more Atelier Pierrot skirts in stock soon >_< I think they sold out pretty quickly when they were listed. I'm currently trying to decide what Atelier Pierrot accessory to get, though (*´∀`*)

The Atelier Pierrot accessories seem a bit pricey, since they're a small item I wouldn't be fussed about getting secondhand it's the sort of thing I'd add to a Closet Child order as an afterthought.

The accessories are definitely more expensive than if you were to get them secondhand, but I think the fact that the majority of them are one-off originals makes up for that ^^

Do you have a link to a stock photo or the site where I can get those tights? Many thanks!

This exact pair is out of stock (I think I bought the last pair >_<;;), but there are other colourways available on the Teatime Treasures website here, as well as the floral version:

If you're after the exact same pair of tights, they're available on the official Fairy Wish website here:

Fairy Wish don't really ship outside of Japan (as far as I'm aware!), so it may be worth contacting the Teatime Treasures shop to ask if they could act as a shopping service
