Innocent World ordering question

In to the Sea
Sorry to ask this question, but I'm really lost at what to do.

I placed an order to Innocent World 10 days ago and I have yet to hear back from them. It's been the three working days for their international staff, so I'm not quite sure what to do. On the site it says to contact them, but the form they want you to use to contact them is only for people who live in Japan. I have no idea what to do right now. I would be grateful for any help!

They are a little bit busy lately. Have you gotten any system email from them? I know that they answer emails just on certain days of the week, I think it's Wednesday. Also they are still busy with the sales. If I were you, I'd send them an email inquiring your order.

I've only gotten an automatic reply from them when I first sent in my order confirming that they gotten my email. I would try emailing them but I only found the "contact us" form, which seems to only be for people in Japan. They have the calander up for their English ordering staff and it's been 4 days they've been working days since I placed my order, and they said to contact them after three.

One of my friends placed an order during the sale and didn't get the invoice for . . are you ready for this? . . . One month :(

So hopefully it is just a delay but you will get your invoice sooner than that

Her items said sold out while she was waiting but I think because her order was placed before that she still got them. If that makes sense XD

I remember ordering from the sale last year and freaking out when it took two weeks for an invoice but a whole month? I would lose it . .

That does make since. It's just stressful.

On a side note, how have you been?! I bet you're still super busy all the time.

Give them time! It's very busy for them right now because of the sale and they really aren't in the office much at the moment.
I placed an order with them about 2 weeks ago and I only paid my invoice yesterday. My order was delayed slightly by the fact that something I'd ordered was out of stock and it took them a while to find the item I wanted instead.

As long as you have received your automatic confirmation email don't worry, they have your order they just haven't had time to get to it yet.

They are REALLY slow right now because they are really busy because of the sale and the popular library release. You can expect a week's delay on just emails being answered, let alone orders. They aren't always like this; when there isn't a sale, they are a lot quicker, I think they are just totally swamped.

The email their English staff emails me from when there is a problem is the same one that sends the automatic replies; info-e. I'd say just reply to that and change the email title if you need to contact them.

That said, If they haven't invoiced you yet though, you probably should give them another week and then message them. I'm relatively certain they are more than 3 days behind right now.

Just a little note regarding the contact form, I've messaged them through it once before in English and it was fine, it just got passed along to the English speaking staff to deal with. But their English speaking staff aren't always there, so if they're too busy to invoice you they'll probably be too busy to reply to your email.

I bought some things from them when their sale started in January. I put my order in on the 11th and received the automatic confirmation email right away. I didn't get invoiced until the 29th of January and then my items were sent on the 7th of February! They are really busy at the moment. If you got the automatic email then they've got your order it's just a matter of waiting while they are going through the huge number of orders they have. Usually they are really quick with their orders. They just seem to be really backed up at the moment.

It took me quite long too but they seem to have decided to accelerate a bit. The skirt I wanted was sold out, and just before I had the package shipped, they told me they finally had one because one other buyer changed their mind. I said I wouldn't take it (didn't have the money anymore) nd they replied the next day with the tracking number. Maybe it's just the fact that I placed my order 5 weeks ago but well.

I placed an order for innocent world a little after Christmas and I still haven't got my package yet...
And I'm extremely worried...

I have purchased from them twice, and both times it took them a bit to actually invoice me (as it was during their busy sale seasons both times). I believe it was about two actual weeks, which for them ended up really only being like 4 business days on their international site since they're off weekends and a few days a week. (plus there was a holiday in there, too)

It's okay, just be patient. It's pretty rare that IW really sells out of anything, especially quickly. It tends to only be their EXTREMELY popular series (like the Library series, which was still in stock for a while compared to other brands like AP) or Grazia Crown.
