Bodyline order help needed!

This is my first time ordering from them, and I can't do that thing where you choose to have 75% discount written on your package or whatever... I found the menu, but the only option there is 'full value'.. Why did this happen and how do I fix it? Please help, I don't want to pay for customs! D:
