*Sigh* BTSSB Ordering issues

So I ordered a sold out item from there store before new years, and just when I thought they weren't going to reply (about 2 weeks later) they emailed me and accepted my order, but when I tried to add another (new, since they took so long to reply) item to the order they didn't reply, and now they've cancelled my order (12 days after I last emailed them) because I didn't pay. However, the reason I didn't pay yet is because I was waiting to hear from them, since I figured it would be a pain to send money that was less that the total order price if they added the other item. I ordered exactly the same way about a year ago, including adding items with no problems and their replies took 5-7 days. What should I do? And what is up with their incredibly slow replies at the moment?

maybe they're slow because of chinese new year? just a thought...

Yeah but it's four weeks this has taken so far, that's a little excessive even during the holidays, I made an Innocent World order around the same time (correction: it was after, when their sale started) and that was shipped over a week ago, even with their English speaking staff being off for most of that period.

sales back up, alot people been having this problem. I gave up on my item because they couldn't get their shit together.

Have you tried ordering through the SF shop or are they on the same "queue" in ordering?

They're the same queue, they can't order sold out items or online sale items.

I really wanted to take advantage of the sale but I wish the BABY site had a better INTL site much like AP Eng site (though that's not perfect either lol)

Yeah I wish they either had an entirely automated cart and payment system or a better international order system. I guess I could try Tokyo Rebel if they don't answer the email I sent them this time saying 'but I was waiting to hear from you' (only politer). I ordered from Black Milk on Monday and they shipped my order today and sent me two very polite emails, now that is decent customer service!

Innocent World has great customer service, so polite ! I haven't ordered from Tokyo Rebel but they are good with communication. I guess since i'm able to order from the SF Baby I figure I give them the business, but I'm starting to shift more and more to secondhand sales for new releases :-/

No I've never ordered from them either but I did ask them about reserving the Elizabethe series. Unfortunately they'd run out of slots for the item I wanted, but at least they were fast at letting me know.

If they cacelled your order they may have blacklisted you :c. I have two orders from them shipping out right now for the same reason. Their replies were so slow that I gave up and just placed separate orders for my items. Next time I'm using a shopping service. You may be able to try that. Chibi_tenshi is usually pretty good and her service fees are reasonable.

I think they did blacklist me, but it's pretty unfair to blacklist me because I was waiting on THEM...

Sometimes emails get caught in their spam filter. That's what happened to me - I ordered a JSK during their new year's sale as well, the first week of January. Didn't get it until last Thursday and it took a couple of emails to get everything sorted out. Also, I'm told Baby is just kind of slow in general and if you want something expedited to use a shopping service.

You have 10 days from date of order confirmation to pay, but if you don't hear from them in three business days after placing the additional order to contact them again. I seriously doubt you were blacklisted.

I just got another email from them today, saying they can't answer my enquiry until they have finished checking for stock in all the stores, so what, my order isn't cancelled now? Maybe the email I got saying it was cancelled and that I was blacklisted was an automated email? I'm so confused :S
