Service: [5/5] Unlike a taobao service, F+F has it's own online shop website so there wasn't a need to contact an actual person unless there's a problem. Their site was easy to navigate and, once everything is paid for, they will send you a confirmation code so that you can follow your order's process.
b> All the items that I ordered were under "instant shipping," so, after processing time of about three days, they sent me a tracking number and shipped. They used DHL shipping, which was super fast-about three days. Each item was packed in their own separate bag and the outer package was nicely sealed.
Price: [3.5/5] All the items that were bought were of decent price, with the brooch costing $3 and the clothes about $20 each. I would like to note that the clothes were in their clearance section, so they were steals. Looking through the rest of their site, I noticed that their regular prices are on the higher side for their quality. It doesn't help that their shipping prices are ridiculous (probably because their only use DHL and FedEx). Minimum shipping cost for any item is $18 and it only increases from there. I would suggest doing some sort of group order to split the cost (I split with a friend).
On to the actual items review!

First the brooch. It's a small brooch of silver beads sewn onto a felt piece with additional chains and feathers. It's secured with a simple pin back. I really like it for the dangling chains and the elegant black and silver color scheme. The feathers are a little curved and to add a sense of completion to the accessory when you look at it, but get in the way when you wear it. The reason I docked half a point is because the threads used to secure the beads are kind of obvious on the back. You can't see it from afar and it will be hidden when you wear it, but t would have been nice if they added an extra layer of felt to hide them.

Now onto the vest. Probably because I'm pretty new to lolita fashion, I don't really have a specific dream dress or print. However, I do have a great hunger for a set of items, and that's vests. I love vests sooo much and I dream of owning a some sort swallotail vest from Alice and the Pirates or something similar. I've been following the EGl comm sales and Closetchild for a while to no avail. It was by pure luck that I found this vest for such a good price (only $20 because clearance)! I had to order it immediate to satisfy my vest urges.
Here is the back view of it.

As you can see, the vest has a vaguely similar style to the AatP Azure vest, but shorter, fewer buttons, extra lace, and a ruffle butt. I love the style (especially the ruffle but)and it fits well. Since it's black, it can go with a lot of things while adding drama to a coord. Please excuse the wrinkles from packaging. I have yet to iron it. ^^;

The buttons are simple large black domes and feel securely sewn on. They blends well with the vest, but add a bit of a costumey feel to it, probably because of their size. If they start to pop off, then I may replace them with some silver military style buttons.
As for lace, it's a decent design and add detail but flimsy. Some parts are folded over and need to be steamed or ironed.
*Closeup of the ruffle butt's edges*Quality wise, I will admit that you get what you pay for. The edges aren't sewn very well (I'm not sure what you would call the technique) and the material feels a bit thin. I have a pair of shorts from The 69th department and they feel thicker than this vest. A good point is that there aren't any loose thread that I can see, which was a big problem with my Infanta dress.

Even thought the quality isn't super awesome for the vest, I really love it for the what it is and the price I got it for. It's a great stepping stone piece for my wardrobe.</shipping:>
