Hello EGL,

This is my first time contributing to the yearly wardrobe posts. I am mainly interested in otome-kei and classic pieces, but I do enjoy the occasional sweet. My collection has been sitting in a suitcase for over a month as I had been overseas and we'd just moved house, so apologies in advance for some of the more wrinkled items ;-)

Enjoy!

Victorian Frames OP

Juliette et Justine

Star Money OP

La fête d Saint-Valentin

Angelic Pretty

Moon Night Theater Tiered JSK

Royal Chocolate Low Waist JSK. Size L is too big for me so I'll either need to try to trade for a smaller size, or to get it altered.

Offbrand

Accessories

AATP giant cat scarf, the rest is vintage or ebay

Cardigans

My more "interesting" cardigans. Offbrand top left, vintage top right, bottom is Shirley Temple and AP.

My very small brand sock collection. I'm tall so I wear boring tights more often as they tend to fit better. I'm going to buy Misty Sky someday... hopefully.

Your otome collection is amazing. I love the MILK map print

Thanks :) Yes the print is great, though I'm a little disappointed by the fabric. It feels like a nice cotton but I think it's going to pill as it gets older which is a shame.

All the more reason to make use of it now, I guess.

Thanks Laura, I'm sure you can recognise a few things you've sold me. It'd be lovely to see your wardrobe sometime :)
31st-Jan-2013 09:24 pm (UTC)
indeed:)
love that JM blouse. I don't wear blouses often, but I really like the collar on this one.
Maybe I'll post next year, don't know. It's a lot of work.
I have a tumblr though were I sometimes post outfits.

Yeah it was the collar that got me. I love swan motifs. I've been keeping my eye out for that ETC dress with the swans printed on it so hopefully I find that someday.

I'll have to check out your tumblr to see your lovely outfits. Hopefully you can post next year if you have the time!

several people have asked, so I'll probably do something (but more likely on my tumblr or G+) I do have very many non-printed stuff though.

I'm not particularly a fan of swans (rabbits are my thing) but I really love that collar!

I would love to see your 40s & 50s collection!

I like non-print just as much as print, so it all sounds good to me. :D Of all animals, cats are probably my sort of thing. Bunnies are great too!

I decided not to post my 40-60s stuff because I thought it probably wouldn't seem relevant to people here. Perhaps sometime I'll catalogue everything somewhere if I can be bothered, or include it next year.

I love the poodle jsk. I would wear the crap out of that! It reminds me of my dog (my profile picture), although she's a Cocker Spaniel. I keep her with a poodle afro so I can put bows in her hair.
31st-Jan-2013 08:39 pm (UTC)
Yeah I really love all of ETCs poodle prints. Really need to get my hands on the radioactive poodle dresses. Haha. Your dog is adorable!
31st-Jan-2013 12:40 pm (UTC)
Very nice collection! :)
How about the Book of Deer blouse? I'm looking to buy that one and I was wondering about quality and shipping
31st-Jan-2013 08:45 pm (UTC)
Thanks!

The blouse is a very very soft delicate chiffon, but it is sheer. Quality seems nice and shipping was free (well packed too!)

Here it is here: http://shop.bookofdeer.com/product/foxglove-blouse
