Problem with Closet Child

2 weeks ago i purchased a jsk from Closet Child. they give me an EMS track and there was no problems.
Today i received a letter from the Post Office. They said the package is at our Post Office but on the letter there is another tracking, from Fiji Islands.
i didn't made any other orders, just this one.
did this happened to other lolitas?
this is the first time i ordered something from Close Child, and i'm a bit confused ):

maybe they wrote the number wrong? why don't you go into your post office and see?

ATM i can't take it because they gave the pakage to the courier.

Are they saying you have two packages? (If so, you will have to wait and see what the other package is; I have no clue.)

Or that the package went through Fiji on the way to get to you? (If so, someone might have sorted it onto the wrong plane by mistake?)

Or that there is a second tracking number stuck to your box? (this happened to me, and the post office kinda just went "well, not really anything we can do about that. It's sad for the box that was supposed to have the sticker on it, but we have no way of knowing where the box is, so we can't stick it back on to the right one.")

If you ended up with the wrong tracking number, this has happened to me using their CD/Music site. I ended up with a tracking number that was on its way to Hungary instead of the US. xD I emailed them and asked them what happened and that's what they said..

So the number doesn't match what they gave you in your email? (I assume they also give a tracking number via email for the clothing site also.....?)
