Worn pic, Memorial Cake Halterneck JSK

Hi, 

I was thinking to get AP  Memorial Cake JSK. And I found the Halterneck version.

Now I struggle if the dress will suit me the way I like. It is just the high waist of the dress that I'm concerned about.
