Photoshoot: Urban Loneliness







Hello, with these shoot we tried to capture a certain mood: How does it feel to be a lonely lolita amidst indifferent people?
So the focus is not on the model ( me ;P ) but on the urban surrounding.
I hope you enjoy the photos :)

Shooting location: Frankfurt Financial District
Photographer: GENTOXIC
JSK/socks/wristcuffs: Angelic Pretty
wig: gabalstory ( since so many were asking XD )
everything else offbrand

Well, first off, you look amazing. ^_^ Second, I think you did well to capture the idea that you were after. It's also something that a lot of lolitas can probably sympathize with.

The idea was originally "contrast" - a lolita within a crowd of business people ...
But unfortunately not so many of them showed up ( despite it was lunch time ! ), so the theme had to be adjusted a bit XD

I love this. I have always loved the idea of urban lonliness, and I think you captured it quite well in these photos.

Also, is that your natural hair? It's so perfect! If it's a wig, can you tell me where you got it?

Thanks so much! It is a wig from gabalstory (it´s a korean brand )They have some amazing ones, but I wouldn´t recommend this one in particular because it´s quite thin at the top, you can see the netting and the wig cap when you look closely. But it works for the photos :)
I have also two other ones from this brand which are more thick.

This is such a great idea for a photoshoot! The photographer did an absolutely incredible job with these shots. Magical Etoile in black was a great choice for this concept. It blends in just enough to match the corporate suits but really pops once you consider the details.

You look beautiful! I love your wig. ^_^

I am quite fond that the photographer used some interesting camera angles :)
At the beginning I regretted not having worn a more OTT coordination, but maybe this would have been too intrusive and obnoxious
